Hitting the ground running
Hi everyone,
long time no post. Last time I posted something was the AmazuLog, this crazy idea I had of documenting what happens here in the studio on video. Which didn’t work so well because a lot has happened since then, and I couldn’t keep record of it. So there’s not much video material for the Log, but there will be soon.
Because right now I’m working on the next two episodes of the Light Apprentice animation. They should be done in the next couple of months, but their release date on the web is still not certain. It will probably take a while but, guess what, if you follow this blog from now on you can have a sneak peek on the making of the animation!
Right after I finish this post and click “send” or whatever, I’m already going to give you a taste of how episode 2 is looking.
As for the comic, great and exciting news await you, readers. I’m ahead on several chapters (the inks, unfortunately not the colors yet) but I’m just waiting for the right time to be able to finish them. So, thank you for your patience and be sure it will be worth the waiting.
I did the painting below during my holidays in Brazil, my homecountry, using amateur material. But when it comes to traditional media, I AM an amateur, so it fit me well. I hope you like the “spirit” of it :)
